Walk-Through Services are a flat rate of only $250.00. This applies to re-peat Property Investment Clients only and covers any property or properties, any size. This is a great option for our clients who are shopping around and do not need a written report, but would enjoy the company of an Inspector during their parade of properties. This is also an option for Investors, when during the inspection, a component of the property is found deficient, and our client no longer wishes to buy the property. Does not include written report.
